Thailand Laundry is an online directory that helps users find laundry services, dry cleaners, and laundromats throughout Thailand. We provide:

Thailand Laundry is a directory service only. We do not provide laundry services ourselves, nor do we handle bookings, payments, or transactions between users and listed businesses.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

Business owners and representatives may submit their laundry businesses for listing on our directory. By submitting a business listing, you:

Warrant that you have the authority to represent the business
Agree to provide accurate and truthful information
Grant Thailand Laundry the right to display your business information
Agree to keep your listing information current and accurate
Acknowledge that we may remove or modify listings that violate these terms

5. User Content and Reviews

Users may post reviews, ratings, and other content. By posting content on Thailand Laundry, you agree that:

Your content is based on your genuine experience
You will not post false, misleading, or defamatory content
Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
You grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content
We may remove content that violates our community guidelines

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws

We are not responsible for the conduct of businesses listed on our directory, nor do we endorse any specific business or service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THAILAND LAUNDRY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Thailand Laundry and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

11. Termination

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
